Vacation Pay


Vacation pay, if given by an employer, must be paid in accordance with company policy, as well as past company practice, and the employee's reasonable expectations.

Failure to pay accrued vacation pay upon termination of employment, may subject the employer to a penalty equal to 30 full working days' pay, in addition to the vacation wages owed or paid late, and attorney fees.
